Sizing
As Smoove shorts have multiple layers and structure throughout the seams they are a firmer fit than regular shorts If you are between sizes, or can't decide between 2 sizes we recommend sizing up. Many people wish to do this during their period anyway due to bloating etc.
How to measure:
A: BUST
Measure under your arms and across shoulder blades, around the fullest part of your bust. Hold one finger between body and tape.
B: WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline while holding one finger between body and tape. This is the smallest part of your waist.
C: HIPS
Measure around fullest part of your hips (about 20-24cm down from waist) while standing naturally.

TIP: A half garment measurement means the measurement of the garment is laying flat on a surface and the measurement is taken from one side to the other (not the whole way around). A garment measurement is not a body measurement.

"I've been poling for around 14 years and in all of that time I've never felt confident in my period products whist poling. A runaway string or a leaking cup, not to mention how many layers you end up with when trying to combine period underwear with pole shorts over the top.
As period underwear is becoming increasingly popular and much better for the environment (and our wallets) than conventional single use products, it seemed like a logical step to me that the pole industry would have an all-in-one solution that allows us to still look good but most of all, feel confident.

Composition
Recycled Polyester and spandex.
These pieces start their lives as single use plastic PET bottles. After being recycled, these bottles are then divided, de-labeled, cleaned, melted, spun into thread, then into polyester material sheets. We then dye, cut and sew them into these stunning pieces!
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to provide an exchange if the item does not fit, however we don’t allow refunds unless the item is faulty. You will be required to pay for return postage, and include a pre-paid, self addressed parcel post envelope for us to send out the required item/s. ITEMS MUST BE BRAND NEW. ALL TAGS MUST BE FIXED TO THE ITEM. Refunds are only available for faulty items. If you are unsure on which size to choose, please contact us first. Once your order has been placed it may not be possible to change your order due to the order being fulfilled and placed for posting, however we will do our best.
