I’ve split this app into ‘Programs’, and ‘Quickies’. ‘Programs’ range from 7 days to 12 weeks and focus on achieving a specific goal or trick. ‘Quickies’ are workouts or mindset sessions that range from 3- 60 minutes in duration. These ‘Quickies’ are designed as easy GO-TO workouts/sessions when you’re in the studio and want to take the planning out of your practice.
